Scott Williams - Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
Scott Williams SHRM, CIRM, leads our HR team and is an accomplished Chief Human Resources Officer with a proven record of building high-performing, people-first organizations. With over 20 years of HR leadership experience, he specializes in shaping strategies that align talent, culture, and business objectives to drive sustainable growth.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Williams has held a number of executive roles across both domestic and international markets, most recently serving as Director (Vice President) of Human Resources for North America at The Coca-Cola Company. In addition to his corporate leadership experience, he is an active angel investor and serves on the boards of several start-up companies.
Mr. Williams advises organizations across North America, Latin America, Europe, and China, where he is widely recognized for his ability to maximize workforce and business performance, break down cultural barriers, and optimize HR operational efficiency. He and his team of HR experts are frequently sought after for their deep expertise and thought leadership in all areas of human resources and human capital management.
Stan Alhadeff MBA, MAcc - Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Stan is our lead CFO and is an accomplished financial management executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning startups, private equity–backed firms, and public companies. Throughout his career, Stan has guided financial strategy, optimized capital structures, and led operational transformations that delivered measurable business impact.
Stan's background includes successfully driving exits, managing complex M&A transactions, and securing multimillion-dollar financing. Stan is recognized for combining an entrepreneurial mindset with innovative financial structuring, while maintaining an unwavering commitment to ethical leadership and long-term business sustainability. Stan excels at building, training, and directing cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious organizational goals.
Anthonia Berry, MBA, NP - Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Anthonia is a seasoned Chief Marketing Officer and legal marketing strategist with more than 19 years of experience guiding international and national law firms across the globe. She brings deep expertise in marketing, business development, and client relationship management, with a proven ability to design and execute strategies that drive growth, strengthen brand positioning, and enhance competitive advantage.
As the chief LGCG CMO, Anthonia combines analytical rigor with creative vision, ensuring marketing initiatives are seamlessly aligned with organizational goals. Her leadership reflects this holistic approach—offering everything from one-on-one advisement for attorneys to firm-wide strategy development—empowering law firms to achieve both immediate results and long-term sustainability.
Charlotte Merritt - Chief Operations Officer (COO)
Charlotte is a rare Atlanta native and seasoned operations executive. After transitioning from full time operations to a fractional COO role, she focuses on helping high-growth companies build the operational engine they need to scale sustainably. With a career dedicated to transforming vision into repeatable and efficient execution, Charlotte loves helping founders overcome operational bottlenecks without the cost of a full-time executive.
Arnab Bose - Chief Information Officer (CIO)
With close to 3 decades of experience in the IT industry, Arnab has built a career around helping businesses turn technology into a strength instead of a stress point. Started as a software programmer and later in his career held several senior positions within IT Service Delivery working for some of the major Fortune 500 companies. He has successfully implemented solutions and supported organizations through the challenges of a rapidly changing digital world. Today, as our head of Technology he brings that expertise to the local businesses—delivering reliable, secure, and proactive IT support designed to meet their unique needs.
